Modern Mehandi Designs 1) Take a rectangular piece of Plastic Bag 2) Fold one corner of the piece inside (As shown in the picture) 3) Fold the other corner of the piece over the first fold and join with cello tape. Now your cone is ready for applying Henna 4) Fill the cone with wet lump of Henna. 5) Seal the mouth of the cone with Cello Tape.
